Thermosetting resin laminated tubes are one of our key products, widely used in electrical insulation applications, such as tap changers for transformers, insulating cylinders, operating shafts, and various fuse tubes.

Additionally, as industrial materials, our laminated tubes have received high acclaim for use in marine bearings, printing rolls, developing machine rolls, and foil winding cores.

Size Specifications

• Inner Diameter: Available from a minimum of 6φ to a maximum of 1900φ.
• Length: Varies depending on the diameter but can be manufactured in sizes ranging from 700mm to 2000mm.
• Outer Diameter: Can be customized according to customer requirements within standard specifications.

Material Composition

We offer a variety of materials to suit different applications, including:

• Base Materials: Glass fabric, paper, and cloth.
• Resins: Phenolic resin, epoxy resin, silicone resin, polyester resin, and melamine resin (all available in prepreg form).

Among these, Bakelite cores made from paper-based material and phenolic resin are still widely used in both the industrial materials and electrical insulation sectors, thanks to their versatility and reliability.
